QuickProDFW (hereinafter, "the Company") offers technical consulting services for the optimization of industrial production processes, fixed asset quality control, and learning modules on reducing operational times, manufacturing budgets, and heavy machinery efficiency auditing. Services are provided exclusively through the website quickprodfw.com.
Use of the website and contracting of any service implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms. If the user does not agree, they must refrain from using the services.
Of the Company: To provide the learning modules and consulting in accordance with the published technical specifications. To maintain the confidentiality of client information.
Of the User: To provide truthful and up-to-date information. Not to use the services for illegal or unauthorized purposes. To respect the intellectual property rights of the Company.
The Company shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or lost profits arising from the use of the services. The content of the learning modules is provided "as is," without guarantees of specific results in the client's industrial production.
Prices are published on the website and may be modified with prior notice. Subscriptions renew automatically unless expressly canceled by the user at least 7 days in advance. No partial refunds are made for services already rendered.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel access to the services if the user breaches these terms, without the right to a refund. The user may cancel their account at any time by written request to info@quickprodfw.com.
These terms may be modified at any time. Changes will be notified by publication on the website with 15 days' notice. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the modifications.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the city of Baní, Peravia.
